What is VESA and how to measure it?

VESA stands for VIDEO ELECTRONICS STANDARDS ASSOCIATION. You can easily locate the four holes in the back of your television. First, measure the distance between the holes horizontally. Second, measure the distance vertically. The measurement of both sides is the VESA size of your TV.

If you’re measuring in inches, convert to millimeters.

  • All of our table tops are made of laminated board with anti-scratch protection and heat resistance.
  • Frames are made of steel and covered in black powder-coated, providing high resistance to rust, anti-chip, and anti-scratch.

*Shipping and Delivery

All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. Shipping fee is calculated based on its actual or dimensional weight, whichever is higher. It is also dependent on the delivery location. Our logistics partner may get in touch with you when your order is being delivered. In case of inclement weather conditions or delivery limitations due to local quarantine restrictions, deliveries may be delayed. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.

*For Standard Delivery:

We offer FREE shipping for orders with a minimum amount of PHP 500.00 within Metro Manila. Deliveries in Metro Manila shall take three (3) to five (5) business days. Provincial area deliveries will have a duration of five (5) to seven (7) business days. All periods shall commence from the day of pick-up from our warehouse.

*For Express Delivery:

Express shipping fee will be added to the standard shipping fee and is currently available in the following areas:

  • Metro Manila
  • Cavite
  • Rizal
  • Bulacan
  • Laguna

How many days will the delivery take?

The website receives orders 24/7 but our warehouse pick-up has a cut-off time of 3:00 P.M. from Mondays-Fridays, and 12:00 P.M. on Saturdays only. For orders placed beyond the cut-off time, processing and warehouse pick-up will be on the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed on the following business day. The Limited Warranty applies to TV/Projector Brackets, TV Stands, Monitor Arms, and Standing Desks, purchased from True Vision.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The Limited Warranty covers any material defects, manufacturer defects, or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, True Vision will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that are proven defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problem?

True Vision will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period purchased from True Vision is up to 8 years from the date of purchase.

Product purchase Starting May 2022 is covered by a limited warranty.

Expedited repair is available for an additional charge.

Product Replacement coverage: 30 days upon receiving the item.

We cover shipping costs for both the product return and the product replacement. After 30 days of product replacement, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.

What does this Product Replacement not cover?

  • Damaged/defective items must be returned to us with complete accessories and in good packaging form
  • Broken packaging/box
  • Improperly operated devices (e.g. incorrect assembly and disassembly, mishandling)
  • Product modifications/tampering made by the user
  • No proof of purchase
  • Acts of Nature

  • TV Cart/Stand/Tripod Stand
    • 2 Years
  • TV Glass Stand/DVD Glass Mount/Tempered Monitor Riser

*Products not mentioned above are subject to 1-year warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Broken packaging/box
  • Improper assembly or disassembly (failure to install the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings)
  • Product Modifications/tampering made by the user
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • No proof of purchase
  • Acts of Nature
  • Normal wear and tear

How to claim your warranty?

To use your warranty to repair, replace, or refund you will need to keep the receipt or other type of proof of purchase.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Yes, we do installations within Metro Manila. Service fee will vary depending on your location, TV size, and the type of bracket to be installed (Tilt, Fixed, or Full Motion).

While we carefully wrap products before distributing, there is always a chance for damage to occur during shipment. If you receive an item damaged on delivery, you may receive a replacement or refund if you take the following steps below:

For Lazada and Shopee orders: Proceed with Lazada/Shopee return/refund policy.

For Direct and Website orders: Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. Generally, only defective and/or damaged item(s) will be entertained for replacement or exchange.

Contact us via email to report a claim that your purchased item is damaged with attached pictures to our email admin@mmgtrueenterprises.com to support our investigation. You have 30 days to return the item from the date it was purchased. Items must be accompanied by the sales invoice before any return may be evaluated for processing. Items for replacement/exchange must be in their original packaging with complete accessories. For orders outside Metro Manila, replaced items may be picked up from any Polylite Store near you.
